General terms and conditions of sales of the online shop woodway-shop.com are formed in accordance with the Slovene laws for costumer protection (ZVPot, Official document of RS, št. 98/2004-UPB2, 126/2007 in 86/2009), on GZS recommendations and international e-business codex.

Prices of products in the online shop woodway-shop.com are in euros. VAT is included in the price. Delivery costs are not included.

Regular and sales offers' items and their prices in the online-shop are valid until cancellation or until in stock.
EKO SAJA d.o.o. (LLC) reserves the right to remove the products from our offer without any given notice.

EKO SAJA d.o.o. (LLC) commits to protect costumers and users' data (personal information, orders information…). All the data collected in the online-shop woodway-shop.com are used only for the orders. Photos on the page can be symbolic. EKO SAJA d.o.o. (LLC) company bears responsibility for any manufacturing mistakes on our products that happen in two years after receiving the product, in accordance to ZVPot.
Order, Purchase, Order Confirmation

Shipping, Dispatch, Delivery
The orders are carried out by GLS Delivery Service (Croatia, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy and Luyembourg) or by Post of Slovenia (rest of the world). Approximate delivery limit for international orders is 48-120 hours. For exact timeframe for your country please contact us.
The payment in the online shop woodway-shop.com can be carried out as bank transfers, with PayPal or with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB). You can choose your payment method in the ordering process.
All receipts are stored in the company's headquarters. The costumer can ask for the copy of their receipt any time on our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The warranty conditions for products in our online shop woodway-shop.com vary depending on the manufacturer. The warranty is valid with the receipt only. The duration of warranty is stated on the receipt.
Returning of the Goods
In accordance to the Costumer Protection Laws, a costumer has 30 days after picking up their product to notify the vendor (EKO SAJA d.o.o. (LLC)) in writing on email@example.com that he wants to cancel the contract without any obligations to state the reasons for their decision. The form to cancel the contract can be found HERE. The product has to be returned in its original packaging including all the additional parts and papers it came with. In the case that the return product is damaged in any way or has any traces of use, we reserve the right not to return the money or to charge you for any damages. The goods need to be returned to the address EKO SAJA d.o.o. (LLC), Na Trati 16, 4348 Lesce, Slovenia. EKO SAJA d.o.o. (LLC) bounds itself to return the money to the costumer in 14 days after receiving the notification about contract cancelation. EKO SAJA d.o.o. reserves the right to keep the money until receiving the goods.
Dealing with Complaints
In the case of any complaints or warranty claims please contact our reclamations department on the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your case will be handled in less than 5 working days, and you will be personally notified about the solving through phone or e-mail address.
